Loan Program Overview
Loan requests for $100,000.00 and up
for commercial, industrial and/or real estate. Business Loans can be secured by furniture, fixtures, equipment, inventories,
receivables, and/or real estate. Most of these loans would generally be for buildings such as apartments, office buildings,
shopping plazas/centers, medical buildings, major hotels, motels, mobile home parks and a variety of other industrial and
commercial buildings.
Private Lenders
Loans are available for clients who have been turned down by banks or other lenders for a variety of reasons. These loans
must be real estate secured and usually only for amounts between 15 and 50 thousand dollars.
Residential Mortgages
Funds and programs for the purchase of a new or used home, are available through a variety of local and Nationwide lenders.
These programs have funds available for purchases and refinancing of single family homes, home improvements and/or
purchase of land for a future home as well. These would be for homes up to $300,000.00.

Micro-Loans
These loan programs are specifically designed to help applicants who cannot qualify for a traditional business loan because
of poor or no credit and /or have no collateral. These loans are generally in the range of $100.00 and $25,000.00. Proceeds
are generally used for the purchase of furniture, equipment, and /or working capital.
Low Documentation Loans
These are loans in which you may actually have funds for up to $150,000.00 within days. There is a minimal amount of
paperwork involved (only one form for borrower to fill out). This is a government sponsored program. The initial application
will be reviewed within 24 hours and if approved you may actually have your money in hand in as little as 3 working days.
